Description

You will manage identity access, authentication models, and user lifecycle operations. You implement and operate Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and User Lifecycle Management using Okta. You troubleshoot identity, system, and access issues including authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. You resolve technical failures related to password expiration, access rights, and group privileges. You manage issue resolution during migration and onboarding activities. You develop and implement Okta User Lifecycle and B2C/API solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate Access Management and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Okta.
• Troubleshoot identity, system, and access issues including authentication and authorization.
• Resolve technical failures related to password expiration, access rights, and group privileges.
• Develop and implement Okta User Lifecycle and B2C/API solutions.
• Manage issue resolution during migration and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience with Okta implementation and operations.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation via APIs.
• Experience with directory services including Oracle LDAP and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust and passwordless authentication principles.
• Experience managing user lifecycle and B2C/API solution development.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex authorization and permission workflows.
