Description

You will own and drive enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise GRC programs, including risk assessments, control implementation, and compliance initiatives.
• Define program scope, deliverables, success criteria, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and roadmaps for risk and compliance tool deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management and cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk methodologies.
• Experience with compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, and GDPR.
• Proficiency with GRC tools, specifically Archer and ServiceNow GRC.
• Experience leading IT risk management and policy governance programs.
• Ability to collaborate with CISOs, risk owners, business units, and auditors.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
• Experience in a corporate governance setting.
