Cybersecurity Project Manager

You will lead the end-to-end execution of cybersecurity projects and manage third-party risk assessment activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery stays within scope and on schedule.
• Coordinate third-party risk management assessments among key process stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT security teams and business leaders to align project objectives.
• Partner with Data Privacy representatives to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements like NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Work with technical teams to deploy security controls, tools, and frameworks.
• Develop status reports, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project management or a related role.
• Proven experience managing portfolios and handling SVP, VP, and CXO relationships.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks and risk management.
• Proficiency in cloud security across Azure and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles.
• Experience with project management software such as Planview, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications.
