Description

Lead project management oversight for initiatives within the IT Enterprise Portfolio, ensuring delivery of scope, schedule, and budget from initiation through closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full systems development life cycle using the V-Model waterfall method.
• Execute technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation for total systems.
• Monitor project progress, risk management, and financial tracking using SAP and internal tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT vendors, Telecom, Cybersecurity, Change & Release Management, and Finance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in complex analysis, consulting, and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
• Deep understanding of Earned Value (EV) metrics, including PV, SV, CV, SPI, AC, CPI, and TCPI.
• Experience managing project financials, cost plans, invoices, and work orders.
• Ability to perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, and requirement allocation.
• Expertise in translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Experience evaluating hardware/software deliveries for operational baseline installation.
• Competency in SAP, Agile Framework, and Cloud Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tight schedules.
