Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and management of global cybersecurity compliance programs to ensure adherence to international laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity regulatory and compliance programs.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging compliance changes.
• Manage all regulatory, compliance, and client commitments within a single view.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and develop remediation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement security controls and policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and clients to address requests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance and regulatory roles.
• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks including DORA, BaFin, and NY DFS.
• Deep understanding of GDPR and other relevant international laws and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, CRI, or COBIT.
• Familiarity with cloud security, emerging technologies, or a development background.
