Lead cybersecurity and GRC service delivery, managing teams and client relationships to meet SLA and KPI targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cybersecurity and GRC service projects to ensure client requirements are met.
• Handle escalations and ensure delivery meets or exceeds client SLA and KPI targets.
• Lead multi-domain cybersecurity delivery teams supporting 24/7 operations.
• Coordinate between delivery teams, client stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Drive business growth by converting technical ideas into sales and presales opportunities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity services delivery.
• Direct experience in team management and leadership.
• Technical proficiency in SIEM, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Vulnerability Management.
• Deep understanding of endpoint security, cyber-attack techniques, threat vectors, and risk management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Experience managing security issues across applications, databases, and middleware.
• Proven ability in client handling within the Cybersecurity or GRC domains.
• Professional certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, C/CISO, GIAC, or CEH.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global capability delivery models.
