Description

You will own security operations and proactive threat defense within the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for sophisticated, covert threats that evade automated detection.
• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents, documenting findings for root cause analysis.
• Conduct in-depth vulnerability assessments and analyze asset discovery data to identify security gaps.
• Design and implement security solutions using threat intelligence platforms and advanced security technologies.
• Evaluate and optimize existing cybersecurity tools, such as SIEM, EDR, and IDS.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience in technology leadership with an emphasis on information security and data governance.
• Mastery of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Incident Response (IR) best practices and complex incident management.
• Proficiency in gathering, integrating, and analyzing threat intelligence from various sources.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and applying related techniques.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and security frameworks.
• High-level proficiency in computer science and information systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Ability to actively monitor networks for unauthorized activities.
