You will design security architecture, hunt for threats, and lead incident response for complex security incidents.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architecture to meet agency requirements across multiple locations.
• Conduct deep-dive threat hunting and incident response for novel and complex security incidents.
• Manage vulnerability assessments using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Develop and optimize security tools and response processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Mastery of IDS, EDR, and SIEM platforms.
• High-level proficiency in computer science and information systems.
• Experience gathering, integrating, and analyzing threat intelligence.
• In-depth knowledge of Incident Response best practices.
• Ability to proactively hunt threats rather than solely reacting to them.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools.
