Description

Manage security operations, risk mitigation, and incident response to protect organizational assets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage cybersecurity risks through continuous vulnerability management and risk assessments.
• Respond to and mitigate security incidents, including performing post-incident analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, including security policies, technical designs, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align security initiatives with business needs.
• Ensure security measures meet regulatory standards including NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools, IDS/IPS systems, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with network security and secure network design.
• Strong understanding of threat detection and incident response protocols.
• Knowledge of data encryption techniques and cloud security principles.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation and security procedures.
• Analytical mindset for assessing vulnerabilities and developing remediation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience securing cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or CEH.
