Description

You will manage the organization's security posture by conducting risk assessments, remediating vulnerabilities, and designing controls to protect critical assets and networks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and implement remediation measures to mitigate organizational vulnerabilities.
• Design and implement security controls, systems, and architectures to protect data and networks.
• Support incident response efforts, including threat identification, root cause analysis, and recovery.
• Configure and monitor security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR to detect threats.
• Develop and maintain detailed security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Technical proficiency with SIEM tools, IDS/IPS systems, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Strong understanding of network security, data encryption, and secure network design.
• Experience managing cybersecurity risks and supporting incident response lifecycles.
• Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and security policies.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or CEH.
• Experience securing cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
