Description

You will manage the security of IT systems, including servers, email, and endpoints, to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update virus detection programs including Kaspersky Endpoint Protection, Datto EDR, and RocketCyber across all systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and perform forensic analysis to investigate security incidents and breaches.
• Secure the network and wireless devices by managing firewalls and access controls.
• Ensure strict compliance with CJIS protocols for public safety systems and HIPAA for health-related data.
• Develop and test data restoration processes for disaster recovery and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in endpoint protection and threat detection.
• Proven experience managing CJIS and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with forensic analysis tools and security camera systems like Genetec.
• Knowledge of public safety systems such as IMC and CSI Technology CAD/Records Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent.
