Description

You will manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multifactor Authentication systems to secure infrastructure and data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support for SSO, Federation, and Reverse Proxy infrastructure.
• Manage SAML and Auth0 protocols for Ping Identity, Apache servers, and associated applications.
• Resolve incidents, implement changes, and respond to service requests to maintain system security.
• Apply ITIL, GxP, Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Maintain documentation and follow established request management workflows.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in a major global organization, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with Auth0, OpenID Connect, SAML, PingID, Azure AD, and Okta.
• Strong proficiency in IAM concepts, protocols, and standards.
• Direct experience with directory services including LDAP and Active Directory.
• Experience with user provisioning, synchronization, and management.
• Working knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with React and Angular for integration purposes.
• Understanding of GDPR and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of authentication factors including biometrics and OTPs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry-accredited certification.
