Description

You will manage security architecture, policy enforcement, and vulnerability assessments across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies while managing violations and corrective action planning.
• Perform security analysis and architecture reviews for on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Implement security measures to safeguard networks, data, and systems.
• Apply NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53, and MARS-E controls, including POA&Ms.
• Manage security projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and resolve complex security issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data and network security processes and systems management.
• Hands-on experience implementing AWS Cloud Security and utilizing the AWS platform.
• Proven expertise in assessing vulnerabilities and managing security violations.
• Experience applying NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53, and MARS-E controls.
• Experience managing POA&Ms and corrective action planning.
• Proficiency in using security web application firewalls.
• Experience handling audit responses.
• Background in security architecture reviews for hybrid environments.
