Description

You will lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts to drive the adoption of cybersecurity strategies and technical solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage OCM strategies, including the creation of communications such as emails, articles, and training materials.
• Design strategic goals and objectives to improve program operations, talent, and the delivery of technical tools.
• Analyze change impacts on end users to identify tools and techniques that maximize adoption.
• Drive a security-centric culture by focusing on the people side of changes to processes, systems, and technologies.
• Provide data-based strategic direction to address security-related business issues and opportunities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in OCM frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications and simplify complex information for top-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile conflicting information and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
• Demonstrated change leadership and the ability to remove barriers to adoption.
• Consulting skills to assimilate business knowledge and address unique customer needs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Capacity to work independently and make decisions on complex issues without direction.
• Availability to work ET/CT hours.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci or other industry-leading OCM certification.
