Description

Lead organizational change management (OCM) for cybersecurity strategies and technical solutions across the enterprise. You will drive adoption, simplify complex information for executives, and remove barriers to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage OCM strategies, including communications, articles, and training materials.
• Design strategic goals to improve program operations, talent, and technical tool delivery.
• Analyze change impacts on end users to maximize adoption of new processes and systems.
• Drive a security-centric culture by focusing on the people side of organizational changes.
• Provide data-based strategic direction to address security-related business issues and opportunities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in OCM frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications for top-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile conflicting information and identify underlying user needs.
• Demonstrated change leadership and ability to remove barriers to adoption.
• Consulting skills to assimilate business knowledge and address unique customer needs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Availability to work ET/CT hours.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci or other industry-leading OCM certification.
