Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Cybersecurity M&A projects, overseeing strategy, requirements, design, implementation, and post-go-live support. You drive risk assessment and mitigation, integrating these practices into program planning. You serve as the primary stakeholder contact for business leaders, IT teams, compliance, and external vendors, leading change management efforts including training and documentation. You manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures. You lead a team of service and delivery leads, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of Cybersecurity M&A projects from strategy through deployment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity programs.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change management for successful integrations.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor service and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in IT.
• Minimum 4 years in cybersecurity program management.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management.
• Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework.
• Experience with IAM and M&A integration projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Business Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CISSP.
