Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Cybersecurity M&A projects, covering strategy, requirements, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of Cybersecurity M&A projects from strategy through deployment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity programs.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change management for successful integrations.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor service and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in IT.
• Minimum 4 years in cybersecurity program management.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management.
• Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework.
• Experience with IAM and M&A integration projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Business Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CISSP.
