Description

Lead the development, implementation, and management of cybersecurity training programs and awareness strategies for federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity training modules and role-based courses using the ADDIE process and Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts to translate federal policies, including NIST AI RMF and RMF, into training materials.
• Administer cybersecurity training delivery applications and maintain SharePoint sites for program artifacts.
• Coordinate social engineering exercises and develop materials for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
• Analyze program-level performance metrics and data calls to evaluate compliance and report to senior management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity training or related instructional design roles.
• Expertise in the ADDIE process and Bloom’s taxonomy for curriculum development.
• Experience developing 508 and SCORM compliant training modules.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Pro, Adobe Premiere Rush, and KnowBe4.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST AI RMF, and the Cybersecurity Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (Cyber ALF).
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) frameworks.
• CISM, CISSP, or CGRC certifications.
• Bachelor's Degree.
