Description

Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across web applications, mobile apps, and APIs to identify and remediate security flaws.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on web applications, iOS and Android mobile apps, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Identify, exploit, and analyze security flaws using automated tools and manual techniques.
• Generate detailed penetration testing reports with risk assessments, exploit demonstrations, and remediation advice.
• Collaborate with development and IT security teams to guide vulnerability mitigation and resolution.
• Apply security frameworks including OWASP Top 10 and SANS Top 25 to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in iOS and Android mobile application security testing.
• Expertise in API security testing for REST and SOAP protocols.
• Deep understanding of web vulnerabilities including SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
• Practical knowledge of secure coding practices and remediation techniques.
• Experience with security analysis and penetration testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• OSCP certification or equivalent technical proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reviewing threat intelligence to align testing with current attack trends.
