Description

You will deliver instructional services for Cyber Network Defense (CND) programs and support training development for the U.S. Army Cyber School.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction to students preparing for 25D3 Cyber Network Defender and 255S Cyberspace Defense Technician roles.
• Refine, create, and evaluate EW course materials and curriculum using the ADDIE methodology.
• Mentor students by adapting instruction to individual learning needs and increasing task complexity.
• Develop training documents, including lesson plans, using Bloom's Taxonomy to tailor content for different audiences.
• Perform Instructor/Writer duties to maintain and enhance all EW course documentation.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Graduate of an approved U.S. Army MOS-producing EW Course.
• Two years of operational military EW experience at the brigade-level or higher, with a CEMA or SIGINT background.
• One year of technical or operational experience in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering.
• Advanced technical writing skills for crafting reports, lesson plans, and training documents.
• Ability to obtain CFD-IC certification within six months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field, or 3 years of additional relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) and Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC).
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Blackboard, and the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS).
