Lead QA activities and develop automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements to design test plans, specifications, and scenarios.
• Develop modularized automation framework components and execute tests.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers through guidance, feedback, and peer reviews of test cases.
• Manage test environments, execute test runs, and analyze results for reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and participate in customer defect triage meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience defining and implementing QA strategies.
• Ability to manage defect and issue management plans.
• Any Graduate degree.
