Description

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including integrated web applications, portals, and Azure service integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize forms using tabs, sections, subgrids, web resources, iFrames, and ribbon customizations.
• Develop custom workflows, business process flows (BPF), and plugins using C# and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain CRM Portals and implement custom portal developments.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, Office 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SharePoint WebServices, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive.
• Execute unit testing, QA, and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in D365 CE development.
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET/MVC.
• Strong JavaScript skills including XRM model, OData calls, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas apps) and PCF Controls.
• Knowledge of CDM/CDS and FetchXML.
• Experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
• Competency in Unit Testing and QA processes.
