Description

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations from requirement gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to document requirements and design D365 CE or xRM solutions.
• Create detailed project scope documents, task estimates, and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and level of effort while course-correcting to maintain schedules.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and define acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering.
• Orchestrate planning, communications, and stakeholder management across multiple teams including offshore resources.

Required Skills

• Minimum ten years of experience with D365 CE or Power Platform technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale, end-to-end D365 CE or Power Apps Model-Driven implementations.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of D365 CE, Power Platform, and D365 business processes.
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, and Azure DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to architect D365 CRM customizations, reports, and solution design specifications.
• Knowledge of data compliance, accessibility, UI/UX, and security standards.
• Experience managing offshore teams and internal vendor support.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and resource estimation.

Preferred Skills

• Act as an escalation point during outages or investigations and provide guidance to tier 1 support.
