Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of D365 CRM and xRM solutions, bridging business requirements and technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define organizational processes and create functional solution design specifications.
• Build project timelines, estimate effort, and manage milestones using Microsoft Project.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Orchestrate planning, communications, and stakeholder management across multiple teams, including offshore resources.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to ensure feature alignment and effective change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with D365 CRM and xRM system architecture and customization.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Azure DevOps methodologies.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, and task estimates.
• Solid understanding of data compliance, accessibility, security, and UI/UX principles.
• Proven ability to manage offshore teams and internal vendor support.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting and technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing tier 1 tool support guidance and managing outage escalations.
