Description

You will design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to align with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for D365 F&O modules.
• Guide developers in resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless system integrations via APIs and OData.
• Optimize D365 functionalities and ensure adherence to implementation best practices.
• Perform system testing, regression testing during upgrades, and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Deep knowledge of Finance (AP, AR, Credit & Collections, General Ledger) and Supply Chain (Trade Agreements, Cost Management, Inventory, PIM, Master Planning, Sales & Marketing).
• Proficiency in X++ for customizations and extensions.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and batch processing.
• Experience with Data Lake integration and middleware tools.
• Ability to conduct business process analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience training end-users and internal teams on new functionalities.
• Proven track record in full-lifecycle D365 implementations.
