Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) modules.

Build and maintain Web API integrations, workflows, and automation.

Work extensively with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Design and implement Plugins, Custom Workflows, and extension-based solutions.

Work on Dynamics CRM Portal development and configuration.

Develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Azure services.

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable CRM solutions.

Implement, integn/a, and optimize business workflows and business processes within D365 CE.

Collabon/a with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Agentic frameworks or Agent-based automation.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment best practices
