Description

Lead solution analysis, design, and technical delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into optimal technical designs for D365 CRM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for offshore development teams during Agile sprints.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including planning, build, testing, and CRM deployments.
• Execute CI/CD pipeline management and perform technical code reviews for quality standards.
• Oversee system integration, distributed architecture, and data migration strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in MS Dynamics Online/365 solution design and development.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform configuration.
• Advanced customization using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Fluent UI, PCF custom controls, and PowerApps CLI.
• Proficiency in extending Dynamics CRM with plugins, complex workflows, and Web APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure API Management Services, and SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, data flows, and SQL Server Integration Services.
• Competency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Visual Studio 2019/VS Code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance domain.
