Lead solution analysis, design, and technical delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into optimal D365 CRM solution designs.
• Lead development and coding activities, providing technical oversight for offshore developers.
• Perform technical code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices and quality standards.
• Manage competing priorities across BAU tasks, bug fixes, and custom project workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge requirements and refine project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in MS Dynamics Online/365 solution design and development.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform configuration and advanced customization.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Hands-on experience with PCF controls, PowerApps CLI, and Fluent UI.
• Strong experience extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 using C# plugins and complex workflows.
• Technical proficiency with Visual Studio 2019 and VS Code.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure API Management Services.
• Knowledge of Web APIs, implementation, and testing.
• Competency in SQL, Data Flows, Data Migration, and SSIS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Insurance domain.
