Description

You will design, develop, and maintain customized solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, owning the full software development lifecycle from coding to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration management plans directed by the Configuration Lead.
• Design and customize software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business process requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration and customization.
• Modify and troubleshoot existing applications to maintain system stability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technologies.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Hands-on experience in software configuration and customization within Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.
• Practical experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 development or configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a remote capacity with distributed teams.
