Description

Act as a functional expert delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions to optimize customer relationship management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to develop functional specifications, process designs, and solution architectures.
• Configure D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service to meet specific business needs.
• Lead implementations by mapping legacy data for migration and driving the development process through functional design documents.
• Develop test plans and scripts for functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create user guides and training materials while providing post-go-live support to ensure system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft partner consultancy role or within the insurance vertical.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing D365 CE functionality, workflows, and business rules.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of integration methods including APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience with Customer Service and Marketing modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with Azure Services and Dataverse.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate.
