Description

You will design, develop, and deploy solutions within MS Dynamics 365 online and on-premises environments, owning the full development lifecycle from analysis to quality assurance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design security models and box configurations for CRM systems.
• Develop workflows, business rules, plugins, and form customizations.
• Implement data tier components and services using SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Manage integrations using middleware tools, APIs (REST, ODATA), and Azure services.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 and earlier CRM versions.
• Proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript.
• Strong MS SQL and SQL Server development experience.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Experience with MS CRM and 3rd party integrations via KingswaySoft, APIs, or SSIS.
• Experience using Azure Functions and Service Bus for integrations.
• Knowledge of PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power App portals.
• Demonstrated experience in Unified Service Desk customization and deployment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
