Description

You will design, develop, and deploy solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 online and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design security models and box configurations within the CRM environment.
• Develop workflows, business rules, plugins, and form customizations.
• Implement integrations using middleware tools, APIs, and SSIS packages.
• Manage the full development lifecycle including analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions.
• Strong proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Advanced MS SQL and SQL Server development skills.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS design and development.
• Integration expertise using REST, ODATA Web APIs, and KingswaySoft.
• Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
• Ability to manage CRM administration and console jobs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power App portals.
• Experience with Unified Service Desk customization and deployment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
