Description

You will develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical architectures.
• Manage a development squad to ensure quality and timely feature delivery.
• Develop applications using Dynamics best practices, including .NET plugins and custom workflows.
• Configure user roles and deploy solution packages, including entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Execute data migration and integration tasks using Data Factory, SSIS, or KingswaySoft.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft and web technologies.
• Proficiency in MS CRM Dynamics and Power Platform development.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) for plugins and DLLs.
• Experience with client-side JavaScript and jQuery for entity form events.
• Solid understanding of MS CRM SDK and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and stored procedures in MS SQL Server 2016+.
• Ability to implement Power Platform components including Apps, Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with version control repositories for code management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET Framework 4.6.2+, IIS, and web services integration.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
