Description

You will customize and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support financial services processes.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure MS Dynamics CRM using workflows, plugins, entities, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with Azure APIM, Core Banking APIs, and other middleware or enterprise systems.
• Design and maintain Dynamics CRM dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to implement technical requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
• Implement data management and security practices in coordination with cyber teams to protect member data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework, C#, and VB.NET.
• Experience developing custom applications, plugins, web resources, and security configurations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and MVC.
• Experience with T-SQL and FetchXML.
• Competency in using Visual Studio for development.
• Ability to build forms, entities, views, and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
