• Design and implement scalable solutions using D365, mainframe systems, and .NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Perform architectural assessments to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience with mainframe systems.
• Full stack development experience using .NET.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies including Azure and AWS.
• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience in the Insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
