You will lead functional finance workstreams for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional finance workstreams for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and rollouts.
• Conduct due diligence and blueprinting workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions for stakeholders.
• Train end users on new operational systems and apply structured methodologies to introduce change.
• Manage stakeholders and project people requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in a functional finance solution role.
• Extensive background in ERP Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Completion of at least 3 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and people management.
• Logical approach to problem-solving and system change.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Industry specialization in Real Estate.
