Description

You will lead D365 Finance ERP implementations from inception to completion, ensuring successful deployment within a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 ERP implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Drive organizational change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to align functional requirements with deployment goals.
• Manage project risks and ensure adherence to manufacturing industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proven track record managing D365 ERP implementations, specifically Finance modules.
• Deep experience in organizational change management.
• 5+ years of experience working within the manufacturing industry.
• PMI certification or equivalent project management training.
• Strong understanding of D365 Finance functional requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-functional team leadership in complex ERP deployments.
