Description

Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Control project scope, schedules, risks, and issues while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee sessions, and risk assessment updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience.
• 8+ years managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale D365 F&O projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and best practices.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
