Lead functional implementations and process alignment for Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings with clients to map current business processes into D365 F&O.
• Manage requirements and configurations across core Finance modules.
• Apply advanced analysis methods to resolve complex client scenarios using industry best practices.
• Work within an onsite-offshore delivery model to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O.
• Deep proficiency in Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Cash & Bank.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
• Strong ability to use analytical methods for troubleshooting complex business logic.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate directly from customer offices as required.
