Description

You will implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions to align with specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 environments, including entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Oversee integration with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications to ensure data integrity.
• Lead solution deployment and create technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data models, and integration points.
• Experience with requirement gathering and functional specification documentation.
• Ability to work with technical teams to implement complex solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to map business processes to platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the automotive industry.
