D365 Functional Consultant

Lead functional implementations and process optimizations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings to document and translate current business processes into D365 F&O requirements.
• Apply advanced analysis methods to resolve complex client scenarios and implement industry best practices.
• Manage functional requirements within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Work directly from customer offices to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Deep functional knowledge of SCM modules, specifically Manufacturing and Warehouse Management.
• Full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Proven ability to handle high-impact communication with clients.
• Experience working within an onsite-offshore delivery structure.
• Ability to work onsite at customer locations in Stockholm County.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading functional implementations in a consultative capacity.
