Description

You design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions by translating business requirements into functional configurations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design sessions, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to define solution scope.
• Configure and demonstrate Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and extensions to meet business needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise, user training, and functional troubleshooting for D365 CE.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality specifications and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven expertise in Dynamics 365/CRM functional consulting and strategic implementation.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into effective D365 CE solutions.
• Experience leading engagements and delivering high-value solutions with advisory focus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for translating needs into technological solutions.
• Proficient stakeholder management and communication with clients at various levels.
• Experience leading technical team members and delivering under Agile, timeboxed, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Awareness of DevOps methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps for scope and planning.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
• Solid background in end-to-end delivery including budget, scope, and schedule management.
