Description

You will act as the functional bridge between Child Welfare agency SMEs and technical development teams to implement D365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration within D365 to meet functional requirements across Intake, Investigation, Case Management, Services, Providers, Finance, and Reporting modules.
• Collaborate with the Microsoft Technical Product Owner to clarify and refine user stories.
• Work with offshore development teams to align on technical possibilities and clarify functional logic.
• Review developed functionality for completeness to ensure it meets the requirements defined in user stories.
• Contribute to system demos and walkthroughs at the conclusion of each sprint.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with D365 configuration.
• Experience working with D365 version 9.2 and Portal version 9.5.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional user stories.
• Experience interfacing with technical architects and offshore development teams.
• Knowledge of functional modules including Case Management and Finance.
