You will design, develop, and govern Microsoft Copilot Agents within the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring secure and compliant enterprise adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and business value.
• Engineer tailored prompts and workflows to optimize Copilot and agent performance.
• Develop governance frameworks for Copilot Agents, enforcing data privacy, security protocols, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage the lifecycle of Copilot Studio Agents, including inventory, environment provisioning, and DLP policy implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain comprehensive documentation for enterprise-wide deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of Copilot architecture, including data management, privacy, and security.
• Expertise in Copilot Agents architecture and integration with Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience developing governance frameworks and compliance standards for AI agents.
• Ability to identify and quarantine unauthorized agents to maintain a secure environment.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for enterprise deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience fostering end-user communities using Viva Engage or similar adoption channels.
• Knowledge of collaborating with Business Technology teams to communicate platform benefits.
