You will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for private banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and document CRM requirements for high-net-worth clients.
• Analyze existing CRM systems to design technical solutions for private banking workflows.
• Manage data integrity and security protocols within the CRM system.
• Collaborate on data management practices and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Proven track record in requirement gathering and business analysis.
• Experience designing systems for financial services or private banking sectors.
• Strong understanding of CRM system design and data management.
• Any Graduate degree.
