Description
You will act as a technical lead and consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 implementations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within D365 and associated applications.
- Create integration and solution design documents and assist with data mapping.
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) defect resolution.
- Manage the development life cycle within Azure DevOps.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
- Experience with PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas).
- Hands-on knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Plugins.
- Ability to execute test plans and perform manual unit testing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
