Description

You will provide expert-level support and consulting on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) modules.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform configuration, customization, and integration within D365 F&SCM.
• Manage and monitor license reporting and usage analysis via Power Platform Admin Center.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve post-deployment issues.
• Maintain documentation for D365 configurations, licensing, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&SCM Technical Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (F&SCM) licensing models.
• Proficiency in Power Platform Admin Center for license and environment management.
• Strong understanding of core D365 F&SCM modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production).
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize D365 configurations and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication for business and technical collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with D365 upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for D365 solution management.
