Description

Lead client engagements to define strategic objectives and execute Digital Asset Management integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data through client interviews to develop hypotheses and strategic recommendations.
• Design and execute strategic digital initiatives, including market and competitive analysis.
• Develop solutions to business and technical problems by documenting requirements and supporting business case justifications.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Build and drive engagement plans through cross-functional alignment and influence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Direct experience integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems with marketing communications.
• Proficiency in Digital Asset Management, Business Case Development, and Business Solutions Development.
• Strong analytical capability and data modeling skills with the ability to visually present findings.
• Experience with UI/UX Design.
• Ability to use project collaboration tools to manage tasks and monitor progress.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText or Quadient.
• Broad MarTech experience including Content Management, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, CRM, Service & API Development, and Cloud Deployments.
