You will build interactive in-app content and documentation to improve user adoption and communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive UI elements within applications using WalkMe or Whatfix.
• Write clear copy for newsletters, blogs, websites, and in-app tutorial scripts.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into easily understandable content for users.
• Conduct research and gather data from SMEs to develop technical documentation.
• Perform quality assurance on all content to ensure consistency in style and clarity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) development and in-app content writing.
• Extensive knowledge of WalkMe or Whatfix.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SnagIT and Camtasia.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to grasp complex engineering concepts through hands-on product experience.
• A portfolio of published articles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multilingual content creation.
• Experience producing video tutorials.
