Description

You design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs, data requirements, and key performance indicators.
• Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data from multiple sources.
• Design and develop user-friendly reports and interactive dashboards.
• Deploy reports to designated platforms and manage access controls.
• Establish and execute software test plans to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Expertise in at least one reporting tool: Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
• Strong experience in data cleaning, normalization, and data aggregation.
• Understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Business Intelligence Certificate.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate technical findings to management and customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Health Services or Social Services sectors.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
